Pediatrician Outreach Phone Conference Lectures:
Preview Regarding Pediatric Hearing Loss and Technology

When
AG Bell offers the option of participating in one of four conferences on:
Sunday, June 5 - 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm
Tuesday, June 7 - 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm


Instructions
1. You must be registered for the call in order to participate. On the day of the conference presentation, call the toll free number provided to you upon registration. You will be prompted to enter a special phone code which will allow you to join the call.

2. Listen to the 45-minute lecture provided by Drs. Gravel and Franck and, view the conference call PowerPoint presentation (e-mailed to you), which accompanies the lecture.
3. End your participation in the call by hanging up.

Registration
THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS PROGRAM. However, you must register for the call by selecting one of the following registration options:
1. Complete the Registration Form (word doc) and e-mail to pedoutreach@agbell.org
2. Complete the Registration Form (word doc) and fax to 202/337-8314, ATTN: Robin Bailey

You will receive confirmation of your registration and a call-in phone code within 24 hours of your e-mailed registration or within 7-10 business days of your mailed registration. The copy of the presentation will be sent to you in a PDF file after May 25, but before June 1.
