Participate in an Airport Accessibility Survey for NAD, submissions due Nov. 7th

To deaf and hard of hearing consumers,

I am writing an article about the Airport Accessibility for the NADmag, a magazine distributed by the National Association of the Deaf. We would like to hear about your experiences with airports. The deadline is November 7, 2003.

Please send your responses to editor@nad.org, 301-587-1791
FAX, or:

Shane Feldman
NAD Editor
814 Thayer Ave.
Silver Spring, MD 20910-4500

Your responses will be kept confidential, and the article will only
summarize the findings. We may use some of the survey comments for the article. We will contact you first for permission if we need a quote from you.

Please choose one answer for each question unless otherwise indicated.

Your participation is important to the NAD!

Thank you,

Matt Sickon
NAD intern
