Texas Association of the Deaf
- TAD has many benefits, and most members find that the biggest one is information. It publishes the quarterly Deaf Texan and periodic bulletins which contain information on all kinds of consumer, economic, employment, health issues, and communication access issues. As members of TAD, they are eligible to receive NAD Broadcaster. If you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, you are eligible.
