B-GLAD Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Services
- Bakersfield GLAD (Greater Los Angeles Council on Deafness) has been serving the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing residents of Kern County since 1984. B-GLAD provides programs and services and is dedicated to improving the social, economic, health, education and cultural well being of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community of Kern County.
