Northern Virginia Resource Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons
- Mission: Empowering deaf and hard of hearing individuals and their families through education, advocacy, and community involvement. NVRC is open Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closing for lunch from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, but this web site is open 24 hours a day.
